Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 handful of mint leaves
- ½ liter olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Add the mint leaves to the olive oil and let it steep in a cool, dark place for 1 month. Then remove the mint leaves and bottle the oil. The mint oil is delicious with dishes such as fish, leaf salads, zucchini, and peas (homemade pasta with peas and mint oil).
