Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g porcini mushrooms
- 50 g Parmesan
- olive oil
- Lemon juice, fresh
- salt and pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Carpaccio of mushrooms and porcini
Slice or shave the cleaned porcini mushrooms very thinly and arrange them fan-shaped on plates. Sprinkle with shaved Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
