Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 bunches of mint
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Salt
  • 60 g peanuts, unsalted, roasted
  • 2 lemons
  • 150 g yogurt

Wash the mint and pick off the leaves. Chop the garlic and deseeded chili. Puree the mint, garlic, chili, coriander seeds, sugar, a little salt, and peanuts. Squeeze the lemons and add the juice to the mint puree. Stir in the yogurt. Pour into jars and seal. Keeps refrigerated for about 1 week. Tastes great with soups and couscous.
