Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lime(s), organic
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 sprigs of mint
- 300 g yogurt, Greek
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sugar
- Sea salt
- pepper, black
Instructions

Wash the lime in hot water and dry it. Grate 1 teaspoon of zest and squeeze out 1 tablespoon of juice. Peel the garlic and chop very finely. Rinse the mint and pat dry. Layer the leaves, first cutting into thin strips, then into pieces. Blend the yogurt with the oil, lime juice, and zest until smooth, then season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix with the garlic and mint. Goes well with: cucumber, lettuce hearts, raw or grilled zucchini.
