Mint yogurt with fruit

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 15 mint leaves (small leaves)
  • 1 pear(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tbsp syrup, (agave syrup), alternatively honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

light summer dessert or as breakfast

Rinse the mint and roughly chop. Stir it into the yogurt and let it sit, covered, in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably overnight. Wash, core, peel (if necessary), and dice the apple and pear. Mix it into the mint yogurt and sweeten with agave syrup or honey.
