Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 180 g cottage cheese
  • 150 g natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 3 tbsp sugar, or equivalent amount of sweetener
  • possibly powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

moisturizing and light cream

Wash fresh raspberries OR thaw frozen raspberries. Set aside a few raspberries for garnish. Using the back of a spoon, press the rest, along with the cottage cheese, through a sieve into a bowl. Stir in yogurt, sugar, or sweetener, ladle into dessert bowls, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Just before serving, garnish with the reserved raspberries and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
