Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 900 g mirabelle plum flesh
  • 350 g white rock sugar
  • 1 liter of vodka
  • 2 large vanilla pods

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 30 days; Total time approx. 30 days 15 minutes

from mirabelle plum pulp

Lightly chop the flesh of the pitted mirabelle plums and place them in a large, bulbous container. Add the rock candy and split vanilla pods. Fill with one liter of vodka and let it steep for about a month. Then strain through a sieve lined with kitchen paper and bottle.
