- 400 g pumpkin(s) (Hokkaido)
- 50 g blue cheese
- 100 g cheese, grated, e.g. Gouda
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cream cheese on top and sprinkle all the seasonings evenly over the dough. Cut the pumpkin into 1/2 cm thick half-moon slices (leave the skin on) and arrange them on the dough. Crumble the blue cheese over the top and spread the grated cheese evenly over the top. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) and bake the pizza for about 20 minutes. The pizza is ready when the pumpkin is soft (pierce it with a fork to check) and the cheese has melted.
