Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml milk, low-fat (1.5%)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 160 g oat flakes, fine
- 100 g cream, whipped
- 400 g berries, mixed fresh (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries and blueberries)

Filled in jars, it goes well with the brunch buffet
In a saucepan, heat the milk with 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and the cinnamon. Then mix with the oats and let them swell slightly. Then fold in the whipped cream. Pour into glasses or bowls, let them cool, seal, and refrigerate. Sort or wash the berries, hull them, and dice the strawberries if desired. Spread them over the porridge and serve. You can prepare the porridge the night before, so you’ll have less stress and less work in the morning.
