Mixed cheese, turkey ham, and grape sticks on nasturtiums

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g sheep’s cheese (e.g. feta)
  • 200g mozzarella
  • 200 g blue cheese
  • 500 g grapes
  • 12 slices of turkey ham
  • 30 nasturtium leaves (small leaves)
  • some nasturtium flowers

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Starter or buffet

Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes. Wash and deseed the grapes. Cut the turkey ham into strips. Wash the nasturtiums. First, arrange the nasturtium leaves on a plate or large platter. Now place the skewers on the skewers. First, place one of the cheeses on each skewer, then a piece of turkey ham, and finally, a grape. Place the skewers on the leaves and arrange the flowers decoratively between them.
