Mixed Salad with Pomegranate

The perfect mixed salad with pomegranate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 0,5 Cucumber
  • 10 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  1. Mix oil, water, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, peel the onion finely and mix into the dressing.
  2. Chop the lettuce, cut the cucumber into cubes, quarter the tomatoes, halve the pomegranate and scrape out the seeds with a spoon, add everything to the dressing, mix well and serve garnished with balsamic cream
