  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 400 g tomatoes
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Milk, can also be omitted
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the ingredients. Chop the bell peppers, lettuce, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Cut the meat into bite-sized strips. Place the bell peppers, lettuce, and tomatoes in a large bowl. Dice the mozzarella and feta cheese and add them with a chopped garlic clove. Season with a generous splash of oil and balsamic vinegar, pepper, salt, and paprika. To make the salad a little juicier, add a good splash of milk. Mix everything together and season to taste. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the meat with salt and pepper. When the meat is cooked through, add the second garlic clove, the onions, and the mushroom slices and sear over medium heat. Deglaze with a little water, if desired, and let it simmer until the meat and mushrooms are well browned. Serve the salad on plates, arranging the meat on top.
