Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 300 ml milk
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- chocolate sprinkles

with milk, without eggs
Combine coconut milk and milk in a saucepan. Remove 6 tablespoons of the liquid, pour it into a cup, and stir it with the cornstarch and sugar until smooth. Once the coconut milk/milk mixture boils, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sugar/starch mixture. Return the pan to the stovetop and bring to a boil while stirring. Stir in the coconut flakes and ladle the pudding into bowls. Once cooled, garnish with chocolate sprinkles or shavings.
