Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g turkey schnitzel
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 head of lettuce (large head)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. vinegar
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cut the meat into strips and fry until golden brown. This takes about 10-15 minutes. Tip: I usually marinate the meat in balsamic vinegar to keep it juicier. While the meat is cooking, wash the bell pepper and cut it into strips. Wash the lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Wash, peel, and slice the tomatoes and carrots. Place everything in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. This salad tastes great as a main course.
