Salad with turkey strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey meat
  • 500 g corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s), diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • Margarine or butter
  • Spice mix (grill spice)
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • possibly herb butter
  • Dressing of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the turkey into strips and season. Then fry in a heated pan with the margarine. Meanwhile, prepare the salad with the remaining ingredients and a dressing of your choice. Remove the turkey strips from the pan and place them on the prepared salad. Drizzle with the herb butter and serve.
