Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 2 large carrots
- 200g tofu
- 150 g eggplant(s)
- 150 g zucchini
- 200 g broccoli
- 1 large bell pepper(s)
- 200 g pointed cabbage
- 100 g green beans
- 20 g ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil

Cut the tofu and vegetables into small pieces, finely chop the ginger and garlic. Heat a pan with oil. Fry the onions, tofu, carrots, and eggplant for 10 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and the remaining vegetables and fry for another 10 minutes. Then add the ginger, soy sauce, and garlic, season with spices, and fry for another 10 minutes.
