Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 340 g bell pepper(s)
  • 2 large onions
  • 600 g sucuk
  • 2 cans tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • some salt and pepper
  • e.g. chili salt
  • 8 m.-sized eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Slice the sucuk, then halve it. Dice the onions and peppers. Sauté the sucuk with the onions and peppers in a pan. Then add the garlic, canned tomatoes, and spices, and season to taste. Finally, add the lightly beaten eggs and simmer until the eggs are set.
