Ingredients

Serving each espresso cup:

  • 1 tsp Coffee powder / espresso powder, loose
  • 1 tsp Ginger sugar (sugar, grated ginger, oil)
  • 1 pinch Add saffron powder or saffron thread on top
  • 1 pinch Coconut flakes

In total to heat and brew cups:

  • 200 ml Boiling water

Instructions

Preparation of mocha / espresso "oriental"

  • Select a suitable espresso set, heat the water to the boil (in proper style with a samovar or whistling kettle, otherwise just a kettle or machine). Pour hot water into each cup to "pre-glow" and pour it out

Infusion:

  • Pour the measured ingredients into the cups (with saffron threads: give up on top) and pour boiling water.

Serve:

  • Serve hot, enjoy hot. But first let the coffee grounds sink and use the spoon to gently push the cloudy ponds in the éspresso to the side. There is always some saffron and coconut floating upstairs.
