Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 tsp instant coffee powder (Nescafe)
  • 1 tbsp eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Make a dough and press it onto a prepared baking sheet using the disc of your choice. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 175°C (top/bottom heat) for 5-10 minutes.
