Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 100 g dark chocolate, e.g. Valrhona
- 80 g butter
- 3 eggs, size L
- 75 g wheat flour type 405
- 70 g sugar
- 100 g almonds, ground
- 1 pinch of salt
- Cocoa powder

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Melt the chocolate and butter over a pan of simmering water, stirring continuously. Add the eggs and all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 22 cm springform pan lined with baking paper and bake for 18-20 minutes at 175-180°C (350-360°F) using a fan oven. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
