Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g margarine or butter, soft
  • 150 g sugar
  • 100 g apple puree or apple sauce, unsweetened
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 1 pack of cake icing

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the applesauce and gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients, continuing to mix. Pour the batter into a greased 30 cm loaf pan and bake in the oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for 50-60 minutes. Once cooled, drizzle with chocolate glaze and enjoy.
