Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 1 ½ pinch(s) of salt
- 150 g butter substitute, vegan
- 112 ml water
- oil
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 soy crème fraîche (crème fraîche alternative)
- Garlic granules
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Knead flour, salt, butter substitute, and water into a shortcrust pastry. Finely chop the leek and sauté it in a pan with a little oil. Add the vegan crème fraîche and season with garlic granules. Line the dough in a quiche dish or muffin tins. Fill with the leek mixture. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.
