Mom's green sauce with potatoes and eggs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 500 g quark
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 bunch herbs, for green sauce
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • Salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • some Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and boil the potatoes. Boil the eggs. Meanwhile, chop the herbs and mix them with the remaining ingredients. Peel and chop the eggs, and add them. This is perfectly sufficient as a main course. If you like, you can also make a schnitzel with it.
