Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 3 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 3 stalk(s) Celery
  • 3 tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple, delicious and WW-compatible

Peel, wash, and finely chop the potatoes. Place them in a pot and add the cleaned and finely chopped vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, and fill with water enough to cover the vegetables (approx. 1-1.5 liters). Then add 3 teaspoons of granulated stock and bring to a boil. Once the vegetables are tender, puree with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper (and seasoning if desired).
