Mongolian Beef

sauce
- 600 g Savoy
- 1 pole Spring leek
- 4 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 shot Sherry
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 pinch Curry powder
- Cut the beef into fine, bite-sized strips.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pan and sear the beef cut into fine strips and set aside.
- Clean the leek and cut into fine rings, also clean the savoy cabbage and cut into fine strips.
- Fry the leek and savoy cabbage in the remaining oil, deglaze with the sherry and soy sauce, add the remaining vegetables and let them collapse a little.
- Mix the sauce with yogurt and curry powder and season to taste
- Add the meat to the vegetables in the sauce, heat up and season to taste again
- Rice or noodles can also be served
- Instead of savory, other cabbage can be used to taste. But for us any other cabbage is too boring for that.
