Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 monkfish fillet(s)
- ½ small jar of Ajvar
- 1 tsp steak pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Place the fish in a small dish. Cover with ajvar and sprinkle with pepper. Cook in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. This fish makes a great appetizer when you’re in a hurry.
