grilled pork with garlic and lime

Arrange a bed of lettuce on a serving platter and garnish with the lime slices. First, pound the garlic, then add the chilies and crush them as well. Mix with the fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar. Grill or roast the pork fillet. The meat also tastes delicious on a contact grill. Cut the fillet into thin slices, arrange on the bed of lettuce, and drizzle evenly with the dressing. Sprinkle the coriander over the salad and serve immediately. Side dish: fragrant rice.
