  • 500 g chicken breasts (fillet)
  • 2 lemons
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1 pinch(s) cumin
  • 2 tsp salt

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Cut the chicken into cubes; combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade; marinate the chicken cubes in the marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Soak the wooden skewers in cold water and thread the drained chicken cubes onto the skewers. Then grill (alternatively, pan-fry).
