Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 g chicken breasts (fillet)
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 tbsp sauce (teriyaki sauce)
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade, cover, and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 12 hours. Thread the drained chicken cubes onto water-soaked wooden skewers and grill or pan-fry.
