Mopsi Müffelmeier's Banana Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 125 g butter, soft
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas, ripe, mashed
  • 3 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 50 g chocolate, roughly chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 190°C. First, cream the butter, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Then add the yogurt and banana puree and mix. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and chocolate. Pour the batter into muffin cups or muffin trays and bake for 20 minutes. Simple to make, but guaranteed to be delicious. This recipe makes 12 muffins!
