Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 eggs
- Butter and flour or sugar for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Moist Italian chocolate cake for dessert
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until fluffy. Melt the butter and chocolate in a double boiler and let cool slightly. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then stir the chocolate butter and flour into the egg yolk mixture, carefully folding in the egg whites. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured or sugared pan and bake at 160°C for 40 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
