Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g apples, sour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Italian apple pie

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Wash, peel, and eighth the apples. Cut the apple wedges into triangles, approximately 0.5 cm thick. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from browning. Melt the butter in a small saucepan on the stovetop. Now, using a hand mixer, combine all the ingredients except the apples until smooth. Then fold in the apples. Pour the batter into a round baking pan (greased if necessary) and bake the cake for 50-60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. A quick tip: The cake tastes best when warm!
