Morocan Style Chicken
The perfect morocan style chicken recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Fresh chicken breast
- 0,5 tsp Ground cinnamon – a little more if you like
- 0,5 tsp Caraway seed
- 0,5 tsp Black pepper
- 0,25 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Can Sliced tomatoes
- 2 Medium zucchini
- 2 tsp Honey – a little more to taste
- 60 ml Water
- Salt
- Parsley or coriander
- Chop the chicken into large pieces and fry in oil. Add the spices, tomatoes, zucchini, honey, water and salt and simmer for 25 minutes. Season to taste and garnish with parsley or coriander. This goes well with rice, naan bread or flat bread.
