Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g almond flakes
- 5 tbsp honey
- Fat, for the shape

a quick and delicious cake
Whisk together eggs, yogurt, the “cup ingredients,” ground almonds, baking powder, and salt until creamy. Pour into a greased springform pan, level the surface, sprinkle with flaked almonds, and bake at 165°C for about 35 minutes. Heat the honey (it’s easiest to do this for a few seconds in the microwave) and pour it over the still-hot cake. I leave it in the pan until it cools (it makes less mess).
