  • Sugar, flavoured (elderflower sugar),

Pour the yogurt into a bowl. Mix the lemon curd with the lemon juice until creamy, then stir in the yogurt until smooth. Pour the cream into glasses and arrange the strawberries loosely on top. Sprinkle the dessert generously with elderflower sugar, or even flowers if you like, Mother Hulda likes that. The sugar will melt if the dessert stands for a long time, so only sprinkle it on top before serving.
