Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg bell pepper(s), all colors, large cubes
- 2 cucumber(s), green, peeled, large slices quartered
- 2 large cans of tomatoes
- 5 onions, diced
- 1 kg minced meat
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Sauté 4 diced onions, add fresh bell peppers, paprika, and salt, deglaze with a little water, and sauté. Add the cucumber slices and tomatoes, and fill with water until the vegetables are covered. Sauté the small diced onions with the minced meat until crisp, season with pepper and salt, and add to the vegetables. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Serve with warm bread or onion bread.
