Mozzarella and ham scrambled eggs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 eggs
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper
  • basil
  • Garlic granules

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Crack the eggs and whisk, season with salt, pepper, basil, and a little garlic granules. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and add to the eggs. Heat a little butter in a pan, dice the ham, and fry until golden brown. Add the eggs and fry until the egg is set and the mozzarella is stringy. Serve with baguette.
