Mozzarella and tomato skewers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g mozzarella (minis), or diced
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 8 leaves basil, large
  • 4 slices of Parma ham, halved
  • 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the balsamic vinegar with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Then whisk in the olive oil. Thread half a tomato, a piece of mozzarella, a basil leaf, and ham onto a wooden skewer. Drizzle with the marinade and garnish with basil before serving.
