Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500g penne
  • salt water
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped or pureed
  • 3 tbsp basil, preferably fresh
  • some olive oil
  • pepper
  • Broth, clear, instant

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the penne in salted water according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat a little olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until translucent. Then add the garlic and fry briefly. Deglaze the pan with the canned tomatoes and season with pepper, a little clear broth, and basil. Cut the mozzarella into small pieces and add to the sauce. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce. Stir.
