Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 300 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can kidney beans (medium can)
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
- e.g. paprika powder
- n. B. Pfeffer
- e.g. chili
- n. B. garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Slice the onion into rings. Dice the bell peppers. Sauté both in a pan. Drain the mushrooms and kidney beans and saute them. Add the broth, tomato paste, and spices and bring to a boil. Simmer for a few more minutes and season to taste. Serve with rice.
