- 125g mozzarella
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp oil
- some salt

Low-carb
Preheat the oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Tear the mozzarella balls into small pieces and place them in a tall container. Add the eggs, oil, and spices and blend everything. Place everything on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (or even better, silicone baking sheet) and smooth it with a spatula. Leave in the oven for about 6-8 minutes (the surface should be slightly shiny but firm). Roll up the dough and cut into thin strips. Place the “pasta” on a plate and serve with your choice of sauce. You can also blend in basil leaves or wild garlic, for example. This adds a beautiful color and flavor.
