Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of sheep’s cheese
  • 3 cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 half bell pepper(s)
  • 1 half onion(s), red
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 2 pinch(s) of Provence herbs
  • 1 dash of vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Place the feta in a small ovenproof dish for each person. Rub it with garlic and season with paprika, pepper, and herbs. Place the sliced ​​cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions on top. Drizzle with a generous splash of oil. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 12 minutes. Place the dish on a plate and serve. Tomato salad with red onions or lamb’s lettuce are delicious side dishes. You can also add slices of toast spread with herb butter to the feta and place it in the oven at the same time.
