Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 large potatoes
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- oregano

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Pre-cook the potatoes in a pressure cooker for 12 minutes, halve lengthwise, scoop out the insides, and place them in a baking dish. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the mozzarella into 12 slices. Place the tomatoes on top of the potatoes and season with salt. Top with the mozzarella slices and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake in the oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
