Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 700 g mashed potatoes, possibly from the previous day
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

with delicious mashed potatoes

Preheat the oven (approx. 180°C). Place the mashed potatoes in a deep baking dish. Use a spoon to make two or three indentations in the mixture. Crack the eggs into the indentations and sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes. Bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
