Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pack of mozzarella
- salt and pepper
- Basil, fresh
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crack the eggs and whisk. Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella into small cubes. Pick and wash the basil leaves (and dry them on kitchen paper). Heat the oil in a pan. Add everything to the pan and cook until the egg is set and the mozzarella is stringy. Serve immediately. Tastes absolutely delicious with fresh baguette!
