Ingredients
 

Covering

  • 50 g Butter
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • Grated zest 1/2 lemon
  • 25 g Yeast
  • 2 Glasses Mirabelle plums
  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Vials Butter-Vanilla flavor
  • 20 g Food starch

Aside from that

  • Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Let the mirabelles drain well.
  • Put the lukewarm milk, soft fat, sugar, salt and lemon zest in a mixing bowl and spread the finely crumbled yeast over it. Knead all the ingredients with the dough hook first on the low setting, then knead on the highest setting until the dough loosens from the edge of the bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes, then roll out the dough on a greased fat pan. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place until the dough has visibly enlarged.
  • Line a greased drip pan with yeast dough and cover with the drained mirabelle plums.
  • Mix the quark with the sugar, vanilla sugar, flavor, eggs and cornstarch until smooth, and pour the quark cream over the mirabelle plums.
  • Bake heat 175 degrees, hot air almost 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve fresh.
