Nice replacement for store-bought muesli bars – enough for about 20 pieces

Soak the raisins in lukewarm water for half an hour. Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk. Combine all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the drained raisins and the lukewarm yeast milk and knead everything into a yeast dough. Let the yeast dough rise for about 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 50°C. Then form 15 to 20 10 cm long sticks from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Let rise for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and oat flakes. Brush the sticks with the water. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat: 175°C) for about 20 minutes.
