Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g spelt flakes, coarse
- 20 g chia seeds
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 40 g aronia berries
- 30 g cranberries
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
for 1 large tray
Weigh all ingredients and mix. Place small blobs on a baking sheet or form them using a mini dessert ring. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, depending on the size. They’re done when they’re lightly browned on the outside. Serves 1 large baking sheet.
