Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g margarine or butter
  • 125 ml water
  • 250 g honey
  • 300 g oat flakes, flower-soft
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 150 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Very popular with children

Heat the fat, add water and honey, and bring to a rolling boil. Stir in the oats and the remaining ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture 1 cm thick onto the sheet and press firmly with a rolling pin. Then mark the cutting lines (2 x 5 cm) with a knife. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. One sheet yields approximately 40 bars.
