Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g almond(s), whole
  • 125 g pumpkin seeds
  • 75 g walnuts
  • 75 g sesame seeds
  • 200 g raisins or similar dried fruits
  • 2 tsp oil (coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp cardamom
  • 95 g desiccated coconut
  • 35 g ground almonds
  • 400 g coconut milk
  • 75 g buckwheat flour
  • 1 pack of cream of tartar baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

for 12 pieces

Chop the ingredients coarsely or finely, or leave them whole, as desired. Take a little of the coconut milk and dissolve the cream of tartar in it. Mix all ingredients together, spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake at 175°C for approximately 25 minutes (depending on your oven type). Remove from the oven, let cool, and cut into diamond shapes. This recipe can be adapted to your taste.
